Because we're shipping food — chips, candy, snacks, michelada kits, the good stuff — once your order ships, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Health and safety rules mean we can't resell food once it's left the Lab, even unopened. We know that's not the fun part of running a snack company, but it's the responsible one.
Something Show Up Broken or Wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, missing something, or just isn't right — tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a quick photo, and we'll make it right. Replacement, store credit, your call. That's our word.
Mystery Boxes Are Supposed to Be a Mystery
Part of the fun of a Mystery Box is not knowing what's inside — so getting a different assortment than you pictured isn't a refund situation, it's just the game working as intended. That said, if something inside arrives damaged or missing, we've still got you covered under the policy above.
Changed Your Mind?
You can cancel or tweak your order anytime before it ships. Once it's packed and labeled for the road, we're not able to make changes — our fulfillment moves fast, so reach out quick if you need to catch it.
Package Says "Delivered" but You Don't Have It?
Check with neighbors and your local post office first — packages sometimes get scanned before they're actually dropped off. Still missing? Hit us up and we'll figure it out together.
