At Michelada Labs, we work hard to make sure you love what you receive.
Because many of our products are food items, all sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, we WILL make it right if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Your package is missing items

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Your package never arrives (lost in transit)

To request help, email us at contact@michelabs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Michelada Labs does not accept returns on food items or opened products.
