Processing Time

We pack every order fresh, by hand, usually within 1–2 business days of your order coming in.

Shipping Rates

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days), calculated live at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Free shipping on all orders $75+.

The Cruda Kit ships a little differently — every Personal and Duo Cruda Kit goes out via USPS Priority Mail, always free, no minimum required. Recovery shouldn't come with a shipping fee.

Delivery Estimates

Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after processing. Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after processing. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and carrier delays are out of our hands.

Mystery Boxes

Ship exactly like everything else — same processing time, same rates. The only mystery is what's inside.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves the Lab, USPS takes over. If tracking looks stuck or delivery seems off, reach out — we'll help track it down.
