Processing Time

We pack every order fresh, by hand, usually within 1–2 business days of your order coming in.

Free Shipping

Every Cruda Kit ships free. Personal, Duo or Party, no minimum, via USPS Priority Mail.

Everything else ships free on orders $75+.

Ordering a Cruda Kit with other items? Your kit always ships free, and its price counts toward the $75 total. If the cart is under $75, the other items ship at the live USPS rate shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $75 ship via USPS Ground Advantage, calculated live at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship within the United States only.

Delivery Estimates

Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after processing. Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after processing. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and carrier delays are out of our hands.

Mystery Boxes

Ship exactly like everything else — same processing time, same rates. The only mystery is what's inside.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves the Lab, USPS takes over. If tracking looks stuck or delivery seems off, reach out — we'll help track it down.
